(Experience in publishing industry will be an added advantage) Qualities Goals driven, critical thinking and articulate with high sense of integrity Ability to maintain existing and develop new markets Job Description: Developing marketing plans and strategies Plan, direct, and coordinate sales and marketing functions, such as determining the demand for products and identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firms profits or share of the market while ensuring the firms customers are satisfied. Oversee product development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products. Strive with tenacity in achieving periodic sales target with increasing debtor’s turnover period. Determining customers credit worthiness and take full responsibility for sales made by the marketing staff. Liaising with the accounts manager in formulating production plan and determining inventory levels (2) Position - Marketers Qualification BSC/HND/OND Experience 2 to 5 year’s cognate experience. (Experience in publishing industry will be an added advantage) Qualities Goals driven, critical thinking and articulate with high sense of integrity Job Description: Managing existing customers and developing new markets Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues (3) Position – Administrative/HR Manager. Qualification - BSC or HND in Business Administration or other related disciplines. (Professional Qualification will be an added advantage.) Experience - Minimum of 3 years cognate experience. (Experience in publishing industry will be an added advantage) Qualities Strong administrative and human management skills High Sense of maturity and excellent human relation skills Balanced administrative and mental skills Job Description Responsible for the overall general administration of the organization, assisting the management and supporting the staff Handling issues relating to the personnel management for the entire organization (4) Position - Cashier. Qualification OND Accounting or ICAN ATS. Experience- 1 to 3 years cognate experience.
