Job Responsibilities: Support for all existing ERP customized developments in Supply Chain area All ERP developments for customized business requirements Daily functional application support User Acceptance testing for all developments Management of all user incidents and change orders as per software deployed in organization Management of all application development code as per software deployed in organization Third party integrations deployed in the organization Coordination with internal IT Teams New tasks assigned as per the development needs of the organization Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Strict adherence to the timelines regarding all business developments and functional activities Availability and presence for all critical application activities regarding functional or development aspects Comply with all development organizational policies and procedures Comply with SLAs/OLAs agreed with business and internal IT teams Eligibility: Education: Bachelors in Computer Science; Oracle Certification would be a plus.
