Vacanct at GIZ Operational Manager/Coordinator - Youth Employment in Aswan Governorate Project Your tasks - Overall project coordination - Team coordination + operational leadership - Design and implementation of the project activities together with the project director and the backstopping team - Design and implementation of capacity building measures - Reporting and contact person for the contractor - Liaison with the local partnerships - Coordination and Networking with other donors and stakeholders (in close cooperation with the Project Director) Your profile General Qualifications: - University degree preferable in Economics, Educational Sciences or a related field to the project - Fluency in Arabic and English - Experience in project management / coordination of development projects - Viable experience in capacity building on local levels - Experience in the region. Experience in Egypt and particularly in Aswan is an asset - Good knowledge of the local actors/partnerships is an asset At least 7 years of experience in one, preferably two of the areas to be covered in this project - (T)VET, Vocational and personnel skill development - Entrepreneurship promotion, Small and micro enterprise promotion, SMEs development within growth value chains - Career guidance and matching services, Employment services, Labour market (Information Systems)
