Vacancy - Fitter (Temporary position) - Uitenhage Requirements: Qualified Maintenance Fitter / Millwright / Mechatronic Technician with minimum N3 Duties: Plant facility repairs Able to interpret assembly & construction drawings Experience in lifting equipment & be competent in conducting periodic inspections Assist Electricians / Electronic Technicians with breakdowns Motorized conveyor repairs Lubrication & Hydraulic Oil systems / leak repairs Have sound knowledge of Hydraulics & interpretation of circuits & conduct fault finding & repairs Have sound knowledge of pneumatic & interpretation of circuits & conduct fault finding & repairs Verifying Oil & lubrication levels on block line machines Sound knowledge of CNC machines Understand & be experienced in ball screw repair & set up Understand the inter-relationship of CNC control & interfacing components Repairs & calibration of air tools Other Requirements: Capable of reading & working to Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic drawings, instruction books, service manuals and maintenance schedules Prepared to do construction & welding work Sound knowledge on CNC machines will be an advantage Sound knowledge on Pumps & Mechanical Seal Fitment Experience on motorised conveyors Analytical & structured in faultfinding approach Punctual with good attendance Forward applications to [email protected] or contact me on 041 379 1165 if you meet the minimum criteria.
