A foreign degree is acceptable with equivalence certification. A 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, plus at least 5 years’ progressive experience as Software Engineer, Programmer-Analyst, Computer Programmer, or related, is also acceptable. Job Duties: -Responsible for the conception, design and system architecture of platforms to provide company products based on customer requirements. -Develop and implement Statements of Work outlining customer system development proposals. -Manage and schedule software engineers. Mentor and train BI team resources in technology and best practices. -Coordinate with business owners to prioritize projects based on company needs. Lead scoping and design sessions across cross-functional software development teams. -Conduct software code reviews and review technical documentation products for validation purposes. -Provide planning and oversight for unit testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, performance testing, and load testing. -Perform metrics collection and data analysis tasks. -Conduct technology and commercial product evaluations. -Develop and maintain system documentation, including detailed technical specifications for system components.
