Vacancy: Ministry National Coordinator The GIM Ministry would like to recruit the services of the National Coordinator to be based in Mchinji. GIM Ministries is faith based missionary organization established in 2007. It works in the broader strategic areas of Business Development, Missions and Evangelism and Social Development. Under Missions and Evangelism, the Ministry is implementing a VBS Program in Mchinji at 3 Centres of Nyamawende, Robert, and Nkhomba areas around the Boma. GIM has just recruited 2 Missionaries from Teen Missions Rumphi base to run a VBS program in Karonga at the Boma focusing on street children at Karonga Boma and the Surrounding areas. GIM intends to start another Mission in Nkhotakota next month. The growth of the Missionary and Evangelism program has necessitated GIM to seek the services of Well Experienced Missionary trained man of God to Fill in the position of National Coordinator(Missions) to be based in Mchinji. Roles and Responsibilities To provide leadership and strategic direction in the mission work across the country. - Coordinate all the mission ally activities within the mission centres - Ensure the growth of the Mchinji Mission program as a Head quarter - To represent the organisation in all Mission activities and functions - To ensure that GIM is visible in an outside Malawi by ensuring a well established networking system with other Missions in and outside Malawi - To mobilise resources for the smooth operation of the Mission CENTRES The Person - Must have a minimum of a Diploma in Theology Specialised in Missionary work or Cross cultural Studies - Must have a minimum of 5 years experience of missionary work especially at leadership position. - Must have skill in resource mobilization and proposal writing - Must have very good interpersonal skills Mode of Application ALL application must be hand written and sent in a letter with CV addressed to The General Overseer GIM MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL C/O Private Bag 1 MCHINJI OR E-MAIL APPLICATION AND CV TO emmanuelsohaya@gmail or gim_ministries@ymail Closing date for application is 15 December, 2014.
