Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines. 2. Manages program of projects and project managers within a region/country to ensure successful completion and stakeholders are satisfied. 3. In cooperation with Regional Service Director and Operations Director, develops program and annual budget for regional project program. Responsible for ensuring that project managers: 4. Manage the project team including solution architects, consultants and administrative support. 5. Develop schedules and budgets for assigned projects. 6. Identify and evaluates alternative solutions to best meet program goals. 7. Works cooperatively with and ensures that projects managers work cooperatively with the appropriate Client Service Directors and project client to clarify specific needs and requirements and keeps client and appropriate Client Service Director up-to-date on project status throughout process. 8. Ensures all projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines. 9. Works cooperatively with and ensures each project manager works cooperatively with the appropriate 10. Participate in or oversee the pre-qualification and bid evaluation process for consultants. 11. Makes presentations to senior management on status on the projects across the region/country. EXPERIENCE 12. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the direct management of large, complex IT transformational projects with responsibility for project management, client stakeholder management and project budget control and margins. 13. Preferably from IT consulting firms i.e. Accenture 14. Manage complexity project and must be organizationally/politically astute. 15. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and motivate teams of people. Demonstrated ability to manage staff and a strong understanding of the entire corporate IT function.
