About the Job: We are seeking to hire a Senior Facilities Manager, who will be part of the City Managment team at Cairo Festival City. The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for Designing developming, setting up maintenance of CFCs Facilities by participating right from the stage of Project handover to the subsequent day to day operations, with the objective of ensuring a smooth, cost effective and high quality operations of the CFC facilities as well as protecting the assets of the landlord/ investor. Skills About You: As a Senior Facilities Manager you will be holding a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have solid experience and a track record of at least 10 years in a senior position having managed, selected and appointed professionals, contractors and consultants in real estate development or construction.
