Vacation was not all taking it easy... was in Murfreesboro Tn visiting a friend that has a burger joint... but sells an incredible amount of fish sandwiches... so was taking lessons... will post pictures soon of the made from scratch fried whiting sandwiches... these are not your cookie cutter fish sandwiches most chain restaurants serve... ours are gonna be from scratch, large and melt in your mouth... have to coordinate my suppliers but envision the fish launch in abt a week or two... stay posted.
