Val asks "I do not have MS but my son does, there is almost no awareness in our area...most people do not know about it. I had talked to him about doing a relay for MS next spring and doing an all out show to get as many people involved and to raise as much funds and awareness as possible. Why is it that he does not want anyone to know about his illness? is it a shame thing for him? I just want to know before i go further. I am also having a lot of trouble paying for meds now as he is no longer on my insurance as he cannot attend school because of his relapse and his memory is just fading so quickly that he cant even remember what he has studied last week? so I was trying to get some help and fundraise..but I cannot do this without disclosing what the funds are going to be used for? perhaps someone can tell me if they think it is embarassment or shame or what? I just dont understand an"
