Valmaster invited me to play after smashing me in yesterdays tournament. We did a Ft7. Just as before he shut me down really well and, if you watch, youll see some pretty amazing punishes (even on hit -_-) I havent properly dived into analysis but a few observations/feels are: • U1 is the only choice in this match up. • Chun Li completely shuts down Hondas n.jump game from multiple ranges. • Focus back dash with Chun is a great defensive strat, especially as Oicho isnt reliably fast enough to catch the backdash. • Valmaster took the Oicho when cornered as it gave him the screen back. • Landing EX links online is hard.
