Vande Maataram, All the active members of AAP Kalyan PC team are busy in preparing suitable strategy and subsequent action plan to ensure victory of the party candidate at Kalyan parliamentary constituency. I think we have lost our valuable time during last four weeks in waiting for Kalyan LS candidate and it may be extremely difficult for us to set everything at right track in full action but if we are sincere in our effort then we can reestablish ourselves in Kalyan PC. I have some suggestions for reestablishing ourselves as major political force in the region before polling date as follows: · Please take a printout (hard copy) of all the 1736 electoral rolls for all the polling stations of six assembly constituencies under Kalyan PC (AC wise total electoral rolls are AN(140)-271, UN(141)-275, KE(142)-257, DV(143)-306, KR(144)-317 & MK(149)-310, total – 1736) after downloading latest copy of it from CEO, Maharashtra’s website. · Please start intensive communication at frequent intervals with all the volunteers / members registered during last four months during all types of awareness campaigns, rallies etc. in the region. · Please collect the detail of weekly availability status and respective electoral ID from each volunteer / member during above mentioned intensive communication exercise and prepare a detailed polling station wise chart and respective teams to start our Door to Door intensive election campaigning at local level (I have already send it earlier in excel format). · If there is no representation of AAP volunteer / member at any particular polling station in Kalyan PC region (out of all the 1736 PS) then we can organize a fresh one day awareness campaign there to establish our presence at that particular PS. · We can start our public fund raising activities after one or two localized meeting in each assembly constituency. · Sequence of road shows (rallies), local jansabhas (public meeting), localized volunteers / members meeting, Door to Door Campaign and micro level building wise / chawl wise meeting should be worked out properly as per availability of different resources and respective clearances from relevant authorities. · Please maintain a close monitoring of all the electoral rolls everyday and subsequent building wise / chawl wise Door to Door campaign based on it by our local PS level teams. Progress of campaigning should be monitored very closely to achieve around 90% direct repeated (min. 3 times) communication with each elector (voter) in the region. · After completion of Door to Door campaigning process we can start our internal survey process to assess our ground level popularity in each assembly constituency. · Our internal survey result will indicate our ground level preparedness in each local area, it should be improved using advertisement, publicity, various road shows, local jansabhas, localized meeting, micro level meeting, repeated Door to Door campaign and combination of all the available campaigning mechanism. Please try to explore it in detail and refine it further to make it sufficiently full proof strategy. Jai Hind !
