Tier 1 CSR is responsible for delivering general health care information to callers. Topic knowledge is limited to general knowledge using scripted responses and automated tools. High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 6 months customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience required. Type a minimum of 20 words per minute. Speak and read English clearly, professionally and fluently. Effectively work within required contractual turnaround times and program structure. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to organize simultaneous tasks. Proven ability to work as a member of a team. Spanish Fluency is desired.
