Variety and cross training in workouts is essential for anyone, but especially those of us with any chronic illness.. Todays workout was a combination of running intervals, roller blading, upper body strength workout and a quick swim in the salt pool.. Variety really is the spice of life, especially in fitness.. We avoid over compensation, repetition and greater risk of injury to the more vulnerable fibro body... How do you mix it up for safety and effectiveness? Lisa. FFP.
