Varmit got another chicken. Day one, 3 dead chickens. Day 3, 5 dead chickens, Day 5, 5 dead chickens, Day 7, 1 dead chicken. Carcass intact and stripped to the bone of all meat. Varmit is burrowing into the coop. My barriers worked better as it took him most of 2 nights to find a way in. It burrowed deep into the coop and all around underneath the boards. The pawprint is just a 1 inch round mark in the sand, not distinctive and the hole is probably 3-4 inch. last night I set out the fly bait after further reinforcements inside and outside the coop. Need to saw, cut/nail together a solid floor with wire underneath it to stop the intrusions. I have 2 other coops that are completely vulnerable! This is Monday morning and tomorrow I have shearing.....suggestions to identify my mysterious nighttime varmit?
