Vector advises that there are still 1129 customers without power, and hope to have the majority of them restored before tonight. Some faults are harder to fix, mainly in rural areas. If your power outage is not showing here: vector.co.nz/outages then please report it to our faults line on 0800 462 668. Some customers are still without hot water, which will be prioritised after power has been fully restored. Unfortunately this is all the information we currently have from Vector on this. In the meantime, please lean on friends, family and neighbours who do have power.
