Vegan Moist Christmas Fruit/Pudding Cake. Four Ingredients. 2.5kg Ingredients: 600 ml Soy Milk 3 tbl spoons of Instant Coffee 1kg Mixed Fruit 450g Crushed Pineapple > tinned undrained. 2.5 cups SR flour Method: Soak mixed fruit in the Soy Milk Coffee mix > Crushed Pineapple for 24 hours > fridge.. Add SR Flour, and mix well. Bake in a lined 8 inch (20cm) square/round tin. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 1.30 > 2 hour. Keep checking if cooked in the middle.
