Vegan brownie at a 15th century village pub that didnt cater for - TopicsExpress

Vegan brownie at a 15th century village pub that didnt cater for vegans until we showed up and asked if they could create something for me, the lone vegan (hubby is omnivore). Now their nut roast is a staple on the menu as it was popular and today they made me this home made vegan chocolate brownie and bought in soya ice cream. Polite enquires, smiling and leaving a good review on trip advisor are what I find works the best with meat serving places. The brownie was DELICIOUS!! I mentioned beer battered tofu wrapped in nori and chips today and they said theyd have a go!!!!
