Here are the details: A CELEBRATION OF INTERNATIONAL BREWS TO ENSUE AT THE COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS Saturday, November 9, from 3-7 pm, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas hosts the Desert Hops International Beer Experience at its renowned Boulevard Pool overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. More than 150 beers from 25 countries will be presented and poured for the hops-lover’s sampling enjoyment. The beer festival takes attendees around the world in one afternoon via brews from around the globe. The international roundup of brews can be complemented by food offerings from Cosmopolitan eateries such as French brasserie, Comme Ça, and Spanish tapas/paella restaurant, Jaleo, stationed on-site near their respective cultural regions at the beer fest. Join more than 2,000 beer connoisseurs and roam both levels of the Boulevard Pool, which will feature international beers supplied by Southern Wine & Spirits. Live DJ entertainment will be on deck for the duration of Desert Hops, and amidst the beer-centered atmosphere, The Cosmopolitan mixologists will also be demonstrating the newest trends in beer-infused cocktails. The roster for the Desert Hops International Beer Experience includes imports from such brewers as Coopers (Australia), St. Bernardus (Belgium), Xingu (Brazil), Unibroue (Canada), Weihenstephaner (Germany), La Trappe (Holland), Moretti (Italy), Asahi (Japan), Almaza (Lebanon), MOA (New Zealand), Estrella (Spain), Innnis & Gunn (Scotland), and dozens more. Tickets are $45 (+ taxes/fees) and are on sale now at CosmopolitanLasVegas. The Cosmopolitan is also offering a special Desert Hops weekend package which includes a two-night stay in a “City Room,” “Terrace Studio” or “Terrace Suite”; VIP check-in; two VIP tickets to Desert Hops; and dinner at The Henry.
