Vehicle collision sends one man to hospital by Lilly Morefield KPI Staff Reporter [email protected] FANCY FARM- According to a Sheriff’s Report Graves County deputies responded to a two vehicle injury accident on State Route 80 West near the Fancy Farm community at approximately 8:17 AM, Thursday morning. The accident occurred when Mr. Marvin Beasley backed his 2008 Kia into the path of an oncoming 2005 Chevy truck operated by Don Preston. The report stated the vehicle operated by Mr. Preston struck the vehicle operated by Mr. Beasley in the rear. Mr. Beasley was transported to Jackson Purchase Medical Center by Mayfield/Graves County EMS due to complaints of neck and back pain. Mr. Beasley is 73 years of age and resides in the Clear Springs area. Mr. Preston is 33 years of age and resides in Clinton, KY.
