Vehicle dropped off July 30 in Sasebo, Japan. Vehicle finally arrived in san diego Vpc Nov 05. I was surprised that the car was in pretty much the same condition i dropped it off in, BUUUUUUT, its been a month since I had the car and I still cannot register it because I still have not received my customs paperwork from IAL. They gave me the number to the customs broker to contact them directly stating it might be faster since they can FEDEX it directly to me. The first gentleman i spoke with stated he has it, will have it stamped the next day and overnighted to me. Great! That day came and went. So i called back, a lady answered and stated I already told you that we dont have your papers, we dont deal with military! I replied, No, you didnt tell me that because I never spoke to you unless you changed genders within a week. The gentleman that I spoke to said he had the papers and will have it stamped, and overnighted to me. she continued to emphasize that he was wrong and that they dont have my papers because they dont deal with military. She gve me a contact number and name, I called.. they dont deal with vehicles, gave me another number, then that individual gave me another number, and so on and so on. I ended up calling 4 different facilities and speaking with 9 different people.. it came all the way back to IAL. The military liason emailed IAL lead with them to assist me immediately. 2 days later, no contact, nothing...
