Velfie Love Clarke Chocolates Who doesnt love chocolate this time of year or should I say any time?? Anne is starting her adventure and kicking it off at our market. I remember loving chocolate, well, for as long as I remember! It is the one food that blends so easily with so many flavours. Sweet, savory, salty, even sour sometimes. I have become a chocolatier to create wonderfully flavored, healthy delights while utilizing local ingredients when possible. As well as providing delicious truffles, caramels and other fine treats, I will be doing my best to minimize harm to our earth and all living upon it by showcasing my wares in recycled and biodegradable packaging.
