Ven Chodron gave me this precious gift of Dharma on eve of New Year 2015. 師父圖登法師在新年前夕送我這無價之寶。 It is a vintage patch cloth art work, made by an prison inmate, probably from USA. Ven Chodrom is working with American prisons, one can be locked physically in prison; we have a choice in liberation of our mind. Again, she skillfully selected this beautifully adorned Japanese style patch cloth, knowing that I like Japan. 師父知道我喜歡日本，送我一個應該是從美國帶來的日式百納布。這不是普通的百納布，意義斐然。師父現在跟美國監牢有一些項目，專門開導、啓發犯人，讓他們從「心」出發。 archive.thubtenchodron.org/PrisonDharma/index.html Venerable has indirectly reminds me how precious human life, even an inmate thrive through to liberate from his / her prison through cultivation of love and compassion, training of wisdom, free up ones mind, to be free and liberated.
