Their booth consists of freshly homemade Egyptian cuisine and will offer a wide variety of food, deserts and drinks. You start off with the main dish which could consist off : Kabobs (A mixture of ground beef and herbs thats skewered to perfection) Gyros: A special combination of lamb and beef slowly cooked on a vertical spit served open face with pita bread topped with your choice of veggies and our creamy sauce Chicken Shawerma: grilled chicken thats chopped in pieces and recooked with vegetables and Egyptian herbs Hummus: freshly made hummus using chickpeas and fresh Egyptian herbs. Our hummus is yummus Their desserts are made special. They consists of multiple freshly backed goods that will satisfy any sweet tooth Dont forget to stop by for tbejr incredible selection of drinks! Anywhere from our refreshing mango juice (made with real mangos) or our hibiscus tea. *all procedures go to building our church - St Mary & St Mark Coptic orthodox church
