Vendors: Please keep track of your children, or at least keep them out of the pastures at the fairgrounds. Ive had to deal with a certain young girl 3 different times now, the first time being last weekend when I caught her in my pasture with my horses unsupervised and without permission. She knew better because she took off running when she saw me, but even after I talked to her, she didnt seem to remember because I had to talk to her TWICE today, within a 15 minute span! My horses bite, they may kick, and they arent going to watch out for someone if they get scared and run her over. I dont want to have to put up NO TRESPASSING signs for my pasture, I just ask that common sense and respect be used. If I see her at my barn, or in my pastures again, Im going to have her bring me to her mom, and I wont be happy. I enjoy having the farmers market out there, we go visit it every Saturday after caring for the horses.
