Venting: What Metropolitan city do you know of that shuts down the majority of the downtown main streets, all the way to the SOUTH END of the city, for a marathon, when the city paid so much money to designate a 100 mile trail called The Louisville Loop that runs on the outer most part of the city and connects the citys parks?????!!!!!!
