The Shamrock is a well established and market leading venue located in the heart of Mackay, and currently compromises strong performing gaming, retail bars, accommodation, food and functions facilities. We are looking for an experienced Venue Manager to lead the venue and are searching for a talented and passionate manager to guide and develop the business and its people. The successful candidate will be an influential and hotel savvy individual who is confident and competent in their ability to deliver results across a broad range of business drivers. To be successful in this exciting role you must have proven management experience in large gaming, bar, retail, food and accommodation environments, and can clearly demonstrate driving multiple business units for maximum return.
