Verily I say, if we use terror to confront terror, we will beget only terror. No one including our president will be safe as there will be nothing but terror here and terror there. As much as I hate terror, the government must avoid using unconventional means to fight terror and must use uniformed personnel to maintain a sense of law and order. With our freedom of expression guaranteed in the constitution ones opinion must not be viewed as a breach of peace and branded a radical. I do not agree with the views of Mr Makaburi, but I respect his opinion. After all, I myself am of the opinion that the Uhuru government orchestrated the Westgate attack to distract from the ICC. As an attorney who respects the rule of law, I condemn the assassination of any alleged suspect especially if the suspect is in the process of obliging and conforming to jurisprudence.
