Verity asks: Hi, would you be able to ask your page followers about organic methods to get rid of squash bugs please? Is food grade diatomaceous earth effective once theyre already there and decimating the crop?! Or should I give up and think about preventions for next season?! It seems they overwintered in our soil, even through the freezing temps we had.. Horrible little bugs, but gotta admire their persistence!
