Thoughts and actions can often clutter the vibrational space of your soulful energy. It is important to take a moment daily to de-clutter the build-up within. A practice of quiet reflection while sorting through items that if released, will offer a more expansive participation. Sometimes one does not realize the extent of the packed energy. If your life feels less than fluid, or you are having trouble resonating within your reality, it is time to de-clutter. While on the journey, it is easy to hang onto dramas that no longer serve you. Perhaps a thorough, honest evaluation of the dramas can lessen the burden. Truly realize the real relevance of why you are hanging on to the dramatic energy. Does it offer clarity?
