Has severe sleep apnea and overweight we must fix these things 12:00 lunch break. I have drink lots fluids 1:30 back to UK for bone scan 3:30 Over to doc chambers to get scan results Have lots arthritis in my feet (I am prescribing myself monthly pedicures to treat this). There are a few spots in bone in spine. Doctor feels it very treatable with hormone therapy. Will need some X-rays to get clearer picture and size of spots 5;00 back over to hospital for X-rays 6:10 done with all tests Stop by surgery waiting room to check on Kim Valerio brother 7:00 he out of surgery. All went well Decide to head home. Steven calls just got off work wants to meet at Golden Corral for supper. Good supper 8;45 finally home Going take shot and hot bath then go to end of road to pick up Alley from ballgame--which they won--and then off to bed so we can hit it hard tomorrow May God use my illness to show his healing power and blessings.
