Verse Of the Day; “ Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. ” Hebrews.12:11 KJV -------------- No form of Chastening is joyous when being done unto you. It is Grievous and harsh instead. However when you learn from your mistakes and because you were chastened for doing what you should not, it yields the peaceable fruit of Righteousness!! Even today I am chastened by God in the areas of worry and pride. I am wiser after going through such chastizement!! This righteousness can only be gained after you go through punishment.
