Very Busy Sunday Night - 2 Females entered Kohls and decided to go on a shopping spree without wanting to pay for the merchandise. The attempted loss is still being added up, but it is expected to be over $1,000. As the 2 females were confronted by a male and female employee, 2 males exited an awaiting vehicle and fought with the two loss prevention agents. The 2 suspect females and one suspect male were able to get away without the stolen merchandise and flee. The other male was detained and arrested by Alhambra PD. The female and male loss prevention agents received minor injuries during the altercation and were treated by medics. The male is being charged with attempted robbery. Anytime force or fear is used during a theft, a robbery has occurred. While at the scene of this call, a robbery with a simulated handgun occurred at Second/Main at the Comic Book Store.
