Very HEALTHY Home made Mushroom Soup!! ALL our friends all say its nicer than any restaurants!!! Woohooo!!! Heres the Secret Recipe that everyone is excited for; 1. Boil 3 packets of Shiitake Mushrooms in a big pot with 3 whole garlic and 5 onions (chopped into chunks) for 45 mins. 3. Let pot cool down, scoop shiitake mushrooms with a small portion of broth into a blender and blend till a smooth consistency. 4. Pour everything back into pot and heat up till it boils. Add pre-soak Mila Chia in water into pot to serve as thickener. (Mila Chia is also laboratory tested as most nutrition dense Chia). 5. Add finely chopped Portobello or white button mushrooms and Golden mushrooms into pot and let it boil. 6. Add salt, 1 teaspoon Stevia (or brown sugar), Mixed Italian herbs and black pepper according to personal taste.
