Very Happy today coming for doctors office for a treatment for a burn I got (that darn retrograde made me shakey) and speaking of shake, I am so grateful for my Shakeology every day as in two months and three days I am NOW 28 lbs less and geared to go and spread the word to others who may want to release some extra poundage to the universe.
