Very bad experience with Enterprise Rent A Car. Recently I got rear bumped by a Bimmer. Car needs to send in for repair and TD Insurance has arrange a car rental for me. Not only I waited 2 hours for the ECar agent to pick me up along 4 other customers, I also have to carry 2 car seats to their branch which is 20 mins away. The local agent continuously convince me to buy additional insurance just in case the rental car got into accident. In that case, the insurance will only cover the cost of repair but not the time in the shop waiting for repair. The agent went on and on and I told him at the end, I DO NOT want any additional coverage as its only for a few days. The agent then ask me to sign there sign there and there. Since it was taking me too long to get the car, I just initial the 3 places he mentioned. When I returned the car, the agent told me I have a balance owing. I wondered why as I have declined all those insurance. He showed me the contract and my initial was at the Accepted placeholder instead of decline. I found it very unprofessional and cheated by a national wide car rental companies. This is similar to any phone scam or email scam on Internet or even worst. These agents set the customer up when you are least expected. This is how they make money. Folks in Toronto, watch out for this E car company at 60 Industrial Rd, Richmond Hill, ON. Learn my mistake by reading carefully on the contract before initial anything. They take away your money when youre least expected.
