SW winds will increase though to near 30 MPH, and while it will feel cold, it will be a warming wind. Highs will rise to 13 today under plenty of sunshine. Temperatures will be right around average for New Years Eve. Low of 7 with partly cloudy skies. WSW winds 15 MPH. A mix of clouds and sun can be expected on New Years Day with a high of 22.
