Very disappointed in what I received in this group. I am a professional man. Degree in Biology, Graduate Degree in an unrelated field. Been a Scientist since 1979. Old man for this group, almost 60. Bench Press close to 300lbs, Workout four times a week....Deadlifts, Squats, Overhead Press...Hard workouts for an old man. Do some cardio for health. My first comments in here were met with someone saying I was trolling because I thought that not doing cardio when one bulks is a bad idea because it neglects overall functional health and fitness. It seems to me that everyone in here already knows all they need to know - and cant benefit from any other point of view, without ridicule. Shame really.
