Very disappointed with Lowes right now. This is the item I want to purchase. Shipping it to me is not an available option, according to the website. Ordering it and picking it up at our local Lowes store is not an option, as the website is inventory-based and it shows that the Brookings store has none available at this time. I called customer service, and they confirmed that I cant place an order in their system and pick it up whenever it comes in to the local store---thats just not how their system works. Apparently my options are: go to the local store and purchase the display model (wont do that, cuz its been beat up some and its not discounted at all) OR drive to a Lowes in another town to buy one, IF they have one in stock at their store. WTH? Doesnt like EVERY other national retailer allow you to order something and pick it up in the store when it comes in, or am I confused?
