Very disappointment with the service which Alexandra Hospital give, first of all, most of the nurse cant even understand simple english and and those CHINA nurse only speak their china language which don’t sound like chinese at all…. Pinoy speak their own language and indian nurse got their indian accent which some patient don’t even understand what they talking about. A simple tips for all my facebook friends, if anyone admit to hospital and need to stay for long period of time, pls ask for interim bill detail bill even if the patient have not discharge yet…. U will be very surprise to see some of the questionable bill which u don’t understand why they charge u…. just like dietetics evaluation, they call u over the phone and explain all the crap thing like what type of food to be taken for the patient…. Which I don’t understand why they have to charge every 3 days….. where they just call u on phone and they just read through what they want to tell u and they just charge on the bill….. and the nutrition intervention they charge are so different…. Got short and standard???????? Another tips for all my facebook friends…. I can just said one word to the doctor nowdays….. my mum admitted to AH on 16.07.2014 and 1 month later, the physiotherapy told the doctor that my mum not following the therapy instruction of walking….. and they told that my mum maybe got forgetfulness or senile and need to go for a CT SCAN FOR BRAIN, pls lah…. I answer back to the doctor… if patient scolded u, will u go and remember which patient scolded u and unhappy the whole day….and I answer her again, will u go and forget the whole thing or u go remember it, the doctor reply sure forget it. Than I answer back again, than don’t tell me u got senile meh or u got forgetfulness….. if u choose to forget which patient who scolded u…… the reason for them just to do a CT just to gain their doctor experience so that they will be able to become a senior consultant in the faster way in the expense of the patient….. So anyone of u can ask for a detail interim bill from time to time so that u can know what the doctor does to your love one at the hospital….. and always told the patient that whatever the doctor ask u to do any scope or any test, ask the doctor call to the family member first to ask for consent so as to prevent any doctor who misuse their doctor professional just to gain their experience at the expense of the family member
