Very early in Potomac Hills history (1999?), Dr. Tom Cheely of Briarwood Presbyterian Church, PCA came, at his own expense, and did a missions seminar for us and preached about Gods call to missions on Sunday. One of the reasons Potomac Hills does missions every year is because Tom taught us about Gods heart for missions. Is pretty sure that there are dozens of other PCA churches that were similarly blessed! He was a great pastor, and good friend. He was called to appear before the Lord last night, where Im sure he heard, Well done, my good and faithful servant.
