Very excited!! Going to work for a new restaurant opening up in a few weeks and we are going to be doing all Farm to Table Low Country Cuisine. The Chef trained in Paris then spent most of her time cooking in New Orleans. We have an acre of land to grow our own produce also 2 pigs we will be butchering this fall and a few cows. Not having a set menu and no freezers everything will be made from scratch. Cannot wait to cook some pork belly and greens again.
