Very excited to share with you that PiYo is on sale for the month of November! I think Chalene Johnson is amazing, and this latest program didnt fail to live up to what Ive come to expect from her. PiYo is completely low impact as it is all done on the mat. I loved waking up in the morning and easing myself into a workout that wasnt so hard on the body. Sometimes it can be hard to get that energy level up first thing in the morning, lol! Not that PiYo was easy. I saw my strength and flexibility increase in as little as the first two weeks.
