Very good article You cannot comment on the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of a training program if you dont stick with it long enough to allow the process to unfold. Hypertrophy doesnt happen overnight. Strength peaking doesnt happen in 3 days. If you are program hopping for 6 months trying to find that perfect routine then thats 6 months that went by that you could have made progress just being consistent with one program. Thats time lost that you can never get back, and progress that was delayed from your training ADD.
