You will be having a better chance to get the invitation letter if you submit the abstract for ORAL rather than Poster presentation. 2. VISA fees, Travel costs and accommodations….etc. all will be on your responsibility, neither KSC 2014 nor the University of Nottingham are in charge of proving these costs 3. The abstract should be submitted before 15th of August, otherwise, KSC 2014 will not be able to accept the abstract as the university need to have 3-5 working day to issue the invitation letter as well as you need enough time for your VISA to be processed.
