Very high winds thru NZ, have meant among other things, lots of paper garbage strewn about. So my little community service picking it all up, for a common drive for 20 houses, has gifted someones Thesis on Restorative Justice, transferred to type-written work, beginning ... (Literally grass-roots thinking is popping up everywhere, hooray) An approach to wrong-doing that brings together those affected by the wrong - both victims and offenders- preferably face to face, to acknowledge the harm done and consider how best to redress that harm and prevent similar harm in the future. from McElrea
