The death risk of a caesarean is three times that of a normal labour, the recovery time is much much longer and theres a greatly increased risk of complication in subsequent pregnancies. Awareness is key. Most women arent really presented with a choice. Lets not go this way here as well (although we are most probably headed that way already).
