Very interesting comments by Monique on leadership and being led. She relates it to her 1st two failed marriages. As a man I would add that on the flip side we need to be worthy of leadership also. We both have our natural roles but as Men, especially in a world where women occupy powerful leadership positions themselves outside of the home, we need to grow in the areas of integrity, ethics, trust and empathy in order to be true leaders.
