Very interesting conversation. Reguarding taxs. By the way, they are NOT a government agency, they are a private thug collection arm of the privately owned federal reserve. I have seen court documents attesting to that fact. The D.O.J admitted that they were not a government agency. Realistically, they gave no constitutionally , congressionally delegated authority to charge a citizen with a tax crime no authority to lien, or levy against private citizens. No authority to jail, or arrest etc..No federal enforcement regulations have been written for income tax enforcement, there are NO penalties for non payment of income taxes in the internal revenue code (IRC), in fact, in the table of contents of the IRC, there is every type of tax listed ( there has to be by law) but there is NO, NADA, ZIP ZERO listing of so called income taxes in the code, let alone, implementing regulations, and penalties. We gave all been scammed for decades, and sheepishly forced to submit to a tax that ONLY applies to federally connected income, and not private sector income. Dont get me wrong, they will and do, violate those laws that ban them, and will, and do enforce non existent law on non liable citizens. They do this because they own the politicians, and the courts, (money buys power the law be damned) my wife and I pay heavily,very heavily, because there is no chance of winning a fight with them....NONE! I know, I tried, had everything in the law on my side, didnt matter, I got a concession in tax court which is where I took them, but had to compromise much myself..bottom line: we are all victims of their fraud. ( international banking cartel families ) and nothing, shy of full revolution can, or will be done about it.
