Very light workout this week #DallasEuropa I only got 2 in. Which is weird for me but I needed rest show is Friday so its a quicker turnaround from last week. A fav back machine of mine for mid back thickness. 4-5x10reps implement 3rd or later in your back day. Muscle confusion option: do Rest pause set, do 1 arm 10 reps each, go super slow 4-6 reps then 4-6 fast reps or add bands to the machine. #teaminferno #onlinetrainer @officialbetterbodies @theinfernofitness
